Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact details, student information, goals, and service needs you choose to provide. We also record limited, non-identifying conversion events to understand whether the site is useful.
Student portal data
For enrolled families, we store account details, academic and testing records, activities, milestones, advisor questions and responses, application progress, deadlines, decisions, and documents you choose to upload. Students and parents share a family account issued by Polaris; there is no public registration.
How we use it
We use information to answer enquiries, evaluate fit, arrange consultations, manage capacity, and improve our service. We do not sell personal information or use private enquiry details for unrelated advertising.
Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed to respond, meet legal obligations, and maintain reasonable business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your enquiry data by email, subject to records we must retain by law. A parent or guardian should be aware of enquiries involving students under eighteen.
