Polaris Consulting — premium, bilingual, full-service admissions advisory

Recent perspective. Serious strategy.

We help ambitious students build the profile, story, and strategy to compete for selective universities — and choose the place where they are positioned to thrive. Families work directly with the founders, in English or Mandarin.

Families should not have to choose between a professional process and an advisor their student will genuinely trust.

01

Recent firsthand experience

Our advisors navigated selective admissions within the last three years and are living the result of it today.

02

One coherent strategy

Essays, activities, and the college list are not separate assignments. They are one argument, built deliberately.

03

Direct founder access

Your lead advisor stays close to the work from the first strategy session through final submission.

04

Bilingual family support

Milestones, reviews, and parent updates in English or Mandarin, across Taiwan and United States time zones.

Who is Polaris best suited for?

We work best with ambitious students and engaged families who want a thoughtful, structured process for selective university admissions in the United States and beyond.

When should a student begin?

Grades 8 to 10 provide the most room to build something genuine; grade 11 is the most common starting point; rising seniors can still benefit considerably when the summer is used well.

What is included in comprehensive application advising?

Diagnostic, positioning, college list, early strategy, personal statement, supplements, activities list, recommendation strategy, interviews, submission review, deferral and waitlist support, and final decision guidance.

How does advising work week to week?

Meeting cadence is set at onboarding and adjusts with the student’s stage. Between sessions, drafts, questions, milestones, and deadlines stay organized in one shared plan.
